Resumo:
The present study has as its object the actions of the Institutional Program of Scholarships for Teaching Initiation (Pibid), specifically of the Literacy Center in the city of Manaus (AM), whose institutional link is with the Faculty of Education (Faced) of the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM). Pibid, as a public training policy, has contributed to the proposition of significant experiences to professionals undergoing training in the country's licensure courses. That said, this study aims to describe the challenges and training possibilities experienced in the 2020-2022 cycle of Pibid Literacy, especially in the period of emergency remote teaching due to the Covid-19 pandemic. For this, a bibliographic research was carried out with bibliometric elements, in addition to the adherence to the methodological format of experience report, justified by the experience as a scholarship holder of the aforementioned cycle of the Program. In this sense, the article is a record of Pibid's formative experiences in times of pandemic, emphasizing learning situations and knowledge developed from the interaction with digital technologies.
