Pibid, as a public training policy, has contributed to the proposition of significant experiences to professionals undergoing training in the country's licensure courses. That said, this study aims to describe the challenges and training possibilities experienced in the 2020-2022 cycle of Pibid Literacy, especially in the period of emergency remote teaching due to the Covid-19 pandemic. For this, a bibliographic research was carried out with bibliometric elements, in addition to the adherence to the methodological format of experience report, justified by the experience as a scholarship holder of the aforementioned cycle of the Program. In this sense, the article is a record of Pibid's formative experiences in times of pandemic, emphasizing learning situations and knowledge developed from the interaction with digital technologies. O presente artigo tem como objeto as ações do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência (Pibid), especificamente do Núcleo de Alfabetização do município de Manaus (AM), cujo vínculo institucional é com a Faculdade de Educação (Faced) da Universidade Federal do Amazonas (UFAM). O Pibid enquanto política pública de formação tem contribuído na propositura de experiências significativas aos profissionais em formação nos cursos de licenciatura do país. Dito isso, este artigo objetiva analisar os desafios e possibilidades formativas vividos no Ciclo 2020-2022 do Pibid Alfabetização, sobretudo no período do ensino remoto emergencial em decorrência da pandemia da Covid-19. Para isso, realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica com elementos bibliométricos, além da adesão ao formato metodológico de relato de experiência, justificando-se pela vivência enquanto bolsista do ciclo supracitado do Programa.
