Craniomaxillofacial trauma is very complicated due to the possible structures involved and the functional and/or aesthetic sequelae it can cause. Early primary treatment is essential, however, it is not always applied accurately, either due to lack of material, poor infrastructure, long waiting lines for specialist care or lack of qualified professionals, thus causing sequelae. This work aimed to carry out an epidemiological survey of the prevalence, etiology and severity of facial trauma sequelae at the Adriano Jorge Hospital Foundation, Manaus-AM. An analysis was carried out of the medical records of patients who were victims of facial trauma sequelae, treated at the outpatient clinic of the CTBMF Service of the aforementioned hospital during the period from February 2015 to February 2020. The data were collected and then tabulated in the Microsoft Office Excel program for carrying out descriptive statistical analysis through means and relative frequencies, and also other results were obtained from the Chi-square test of Independence. The results obtained showed a higher prevalence of young male patients, with car accidents being the main cause. Still, the mandible was the most affected bone and open reduction was the main form of treatment. The average waiting time was 139 days, with a significant number of non-relationships.
