The present research aims to portray the importance of using collaborative digital tools in the basic computer course of the School of Professional and Technological Education of Itacoatiara-Am in the pandemic period of the new coronavirus, and also how this can influence the methodological parameters of teaching, showing the importance of the teacher in the midst of this transition, and how he can transform himself to the point where he enters this digital environment. For the development of this work, a quantitative and qualitative approach was used to assess the data collected through an electronic questionnaire with the institution's professors. In this way, we show that the use of these digital tools helped in remote teaching classes during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, which, despite difficulties such as the lack of internet and little knowledge in handling the tools, teachers and students claim that they will continue to adopt this modality of teaching, they are modifying the traditional educational structure of learning.
