Futsal is a team sport with its own rules, originated in Uruguay and popularized in Brazil. In schools, the teaching of futsal still focuses mainly on the techniques of the sport. This led to the following problem: how is futsal pedagogically treated in physical education classes? The central objective of this research is to investigate in the literature how Physical Education has pedagogically treated the teaching of futsal. In this study, a narrative literature review was carried out to investigate how Physical Education pedagogically approaches futsal. Databases were consulted, and we chose to search in credible places such as Google Scholar, Scielo, Capes Periodical and RBFF. Most of the studies found were on Google Scholar and RBFF, totaling 16. It was observed that the pedagogical approach to futsal varies, with some studies emphasizing the creation of an inclusive and facilitative learning environment, while others still focus on sports performance. The combination of different approaches is recommended for effective teaching. Difficulties were identified, such as the lack of adequate materials and appropriate locations. Overcoming these limitations is essential to promote proper practice of futsal in schools. |
