This work aims to analyze the behavior of companies from the Amazonian industries in relation to technological innovation, as well as to identify the external factors that influence this process. Technological innovation is a fundamental element for the growth and competitiveness of companies, and understanding the factors that influence this behavior is essential to promote the economic and social development of the Amazon region. The research covered different aspects, including access to financial resources, interaction with the external environment, the regulatory and political environment, and organizational culture. The analysis of these factors allowed us to identify the main influences on technological innovation in the Amazonian industrial companies. The results obtained contribute to the understanding of the current scenario and provide subsidies for the development of strategies and policies that stimulate technological innovation in this sector, aiming at the strengthening of companies and the sustainable growth of the region. |
