Technological innovation is a fundamental element for the growth and competitiveness of companies, and understanding the factors that influence this behavior is essential to promote the economic and social development of the Amazon region. The research covered different aspects, including access to financial resources, interaction with the external environment, the regulatory and political environment, and organizational culture. The analysis of these factors allowed us to identify the main influences on technological innovation in the Amazonian industrial companies. The results obtained contribute to the understanding of the current scenario and provide subsidies for the development of strategies and policies that stimulate technological innovation in this sector, aiming at the strengthening of companies and the sustainable growth of the region. Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o comportamento das empresas indústrias amazonenses em relação à inovação tecnológica, bem como identificar os fatores externos que exercem influência nesse processo. A inovação tecnológica é um elemento fundamental para o crescimento e a competitividade das empresas, e compreender os fatores que influenciam esse comportamento é essencial para promover o desenvolvimento econômico e social da região amazônica. A pesquisa abrangeu diferentes aspectos, incluindo o acesso a recursos financeiros, a interação com o ambiente externo, o ambiente regulatório e político, e a cultura organizacional. A análise desses fatores permitiu identificar as principais influências sobre a inovação tecnológica nas empresas indústrias amazonenses.
