Serving the deaf community that attends the institution, as well as teachers and interpreters who work in the context of this University. The main objective is to create and organize an online glossary of administrative terminology that will be made available through the links in this work on YouTube. Due to the lack of an academic glossary to aid in communication between the deaf and non-deaf at the university, this research aims to address this issue by registering these terms to improve communication within the institution. The theoretical foundation was based on studies focused on Libras and linguistics, Gesser (2009); Lexicon, Leffa (2000); Lexicography, Mandelblatt (2018) and Faulstich(2001); Terminology, Santos (2017); Linguistic Variations, Castro Júnior (2011). This research was based on a bibliographic review and used a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory approach through semi-structured interviews with carefully chosen participants according to Marconi; Lakatos (2017) and Gil (2017). In the presentation and discussion of the results, thirty-one terms were initially selected, twenty-four Portuguese terms corresponding to Libras, but only seven were selected, analyzed morphologically and composing this work. The finished product was integrated into the YouTube platform, creating an online glossary that will be used as a tool to serve all Sign Language users, as well as teachers and interpreters who work at UFAM, and the deaf community that attends it. Este trabalho tem o intuito de organizar e registrar sinais administrativos em Libras de uso acadêmico da Universidade Federal do Amazonas (UFAM). Atendendo a comunidade surda que frequenta a instituição, bem como os professores e intérpretes que atuam no contexto desta Universidade. O principal objetivo é criar e organizar um glossário online de terminologia administrativa que será disponibilizado através dos links desta obra no YouTube. Devido à falta de um glossário académico para auxiliar na comunicação entre os surdo e não surdo da universidade, esta pesquisa visa abordar essa questão registrando esses termos para melhorar a comunicação dentro da instituição. A fundamentação teórica teve como base estudos voltados para a Libras e a linguística, Gesser (2009); Léxico, Leffa (2000); Lexicografia, Mandelblatt (2018) e Faulstich(2001); Terminologia, Santos (2017); Variações Linguísticas, Castro Júnior (2011). Esta pesquisa baseou - se em uma revisão bibliográfica e empregou uma abordagem qualitativa, descritiva e exploratória por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com participantes cuidadosamente escolhidos de acordo com Marconi; Lakatos (2017) e Gil (2017).Na apresentação e discussão dos resultados, inicialmente foram selecionados trinta e um termos, sendo que vinte e quatro termos do português correspondentes à Libras, mas apenas sete foram selecionados, analisados morfologicamente e compondo este trabalho.
