Considering the industry revolution and the impact of the great advance that technology has been causing both in manufacturing processes, as well as in organizations in general, contributing to the development and efficiency, this article aims to analyze the maturity level of a company manufacturer of a various mix of electro-electronic products. the methodology used was descriptive quantitative research, analyzing the data obtained through the pimm4.0 system. the results indicate that the company is at a medium maturity level and that it needs to train its human resources, promoting greater integration of human capital with the use of technology in favor of organizational and operational processes |
