This course conclusion work aims to present a life narrative and the experiences of the supervised internships of the Pedagogy course, in the areas of education management, early childhood education and Early Years of Elementary Education, in two public schools in the municipal of Juruá (Amazonas, Brazil). They being, Escola Municipal Pró-infância Raimundo Cassimiro Damasceno e Escola Municipal Dalila Litaiiff. As well as reflecting on the alignment and convergence of theory and practice in teacher training, focusing on the memorial and experiences of supervised internships in the pedagogy course in two public schools in Juruá-AM. Accompany the manager in his school routine and write down his decision-making in the face of the institution's challenges. Reflectively observe the practices and methodologies applied by Early Childhood Education teachers and how the classes work. Describe how differential methodologies were applied in Portuguese in 5th year classes of Elementary School, the playful method in early childhood education and school intervention projects and, finally, examine and highlight how the practical experiences of supervised internships contributed to the development of pedagogical skills and management as an intern, also highlighting the application of theoretical knowledge and the impacts of these experiences on professional training. Theoretical foundations are covered about the importance of these internships for professional training and how essential they are for the development of a reflective, critical and creative teacher to improve effective and quality education. The experiences of each internship and how they happened in the schools mentioned above will also be described. The methodology used to carry out this work was based on observations and records of the school environment, both physical structural, pedagogical and administrative, as well as teaching methods and materials used to implement them. From all the experiences, the importance of aligning theory and practice was confirmed so that reality can be understood and why Basic education faces so many challenges, especially in riverside locations in the Amazon. With the learning obtained from supervised internships, it is possible to have training that favors future teachers to improve their reflective and critical thinking, their performance as an educator and trainer, their practice, their teaching methodologies, creativity and capacity for innovation in the face of dynamics, situations, challenges of the school reality. |
