This Course Completion Work aims to reflect on the personal, academic and professional trajectory experienced during the pedagogy course and the supervised internships carried out in two municipal schools in Juruá-AM. The municipal schools that were the field of these experiences are public schools, the Escola Municipal Pró-Infância Raimundo Cassimiro Damasceno and the Escola Municipal Dalila Litaiff. Describe the manager's activities and methods observed and implemented during the Education Management internship, identifying the strategies used for the administration and improvement of educational processes. Analyze the pedagogical practices applied in Early Childhood Education, highlighting the types of methodologies used to promote the integral development of children and the types of interaction relationships with the family and the school community. Present the experiences lived in the Initial Years of Elementary School, highlighting the challenges faced and the solutions adopted to meet the educational needs of students with learning difficulties. The experiences of the internships were real encounters and growth in learning that will, in a certain way, change the professional's way of acting, who obtained new theories, new ideas, resignifications, reconstructions, and understandings of the school ground and its attributes, its challenges and the attempts to solve or at least alleviate the challenges. Regarding Education Management, it was evident how fundamental it is to have school management that focuses on caring for its public and its community in general, listening to the demands of each person in particular, in order to resolve any conflicts. Thus, knowledge was also acquired in relation to the practices of Early Childhood Education teachers, with new methodologies for working with children in a meaningful and constructive way. Already in the Early Years stage of Elementary School, there were many learning gaps, as little is done to overcome these difficulties in the classroom. The training of an educator depends on teaching practice in internships, which gives them the chance to apply theories in practice and understand the complexities of the school environment. |
