The municipal schools that were the field of these experiences are public schools, the Escola Municipal Pró-Infância Raimundo Cassimiro Damasceno and the Escola Municipal Dalila Litaiff. Describe the manager's activities and methods observed and implemented during the Education Management internship, identifying the strategies used for the administration and improvement of educational processes. Analyze the pedagogical practices applied in Early Childhood Education, highlighting the types of methodologies used to promote the integral development of children and the types of interaction relationships with the family and the school community. Present the experiences lived in the Initial Years of Elementary School, highlighting the challenges faced and the solutions adopted to meet the educational needs of students with learning difficulties. The experiences of the internships were real encounters and growth in learning that will, in a certain way, change the professional's way of acting, who obtained new theories, new ideas, resignifications, reconstructions, and understandings of the school ground and its attributes, its challenges and the attempts to solve or at least alleviate the challenges. Regarding Education Management, it was evident how fundamental it is to have school management that focuses on caring for its public and its community in general, listening to the demands of each person in particular, in order to resolve any conflicts. Thus, knowledge was also acquired in relation to the practices of Early Childhood Education teachers, with new methodologies for working with children in a meaningful and constructive way. Already in the Early Years stage of Elementary School, there were many learning gaps, as little is done to overcome these difficulties in the classroom. The training of an educator depends on teaching practice in internships, which gives them the chance to apply theories in practice and understand the complexities of the school environment. Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso tem como objetivo refletir sobre a trajetória pessoal, acadêmica e profissional vivenciada do curso de pedagogia e os estágios supervisionado realizados em duas escolas municipais de Juruá-AM. As escolas municipais que foram campo dessas vivências são escolas públicas, a escola Municipal Pró-Infância Raimundo Cassimiro Damasceno e a Escola Municipal Dalila Litaiff. Descrever as atividades e métodos do gestor observados e implementados durante o estágio em Gestão da Educação, identificando as estratégias utilizadas para a administração e melhoria dos processos educacionais. Analisar as práticas pedagógicas aplicadas na Educação Infantil, ressaltando os tipos de metodologias utilizadas para promover o desenvolvimento integral das crianças e os tipos de relações de interação com a família e a comunidade escolar. Apresentar as experiências vivenciadas nos Anos Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, dando destaque aos desafios enfrentados e as soluções adotadas para atender às necessidades educacionais dos alunos com dificuldades de aprendizagem. As vivências dos estágios foram reais encontros e crescimentos de aprendizagens que irão de certa forma mudar o modo de atuação do profissional que obteve novas teorias, novas ideias, ressignificações, reconstruções, e compreensões do chão da escola e seus atributos e seus desafios e as tentativas de solucionar ou pelo menos de amenizar os desafios. Sobre a Gestão da educação ficou evidenciada o quanto é fundamental uma gerencia escolar que foque no cuidado de seu público e sua comunidade forma geral dando ouvido as demandas de cada um particularmente, de maneira a solucionar eventuais conflitos. Assim também saberes foram adquiridos em relação as práticas de professores da Educação Infantil, com novas metodologias a trabalhar com as crianças de forma significativa e construtiva. Já no estágio de Anos Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental houve um encontre de muitas defasagens de aprendizagens, pois pouco é feito para que estas dificuldades sejam superadas na sala de aula.
