In this way, he noted the need for na audiovisual and documentary approach so that they can be seen on media platforms. It is necessary to highlight the importance of journalism in the current context that we discuss in this work. To do this, we interviewed six people linked to the subject in question and adopted the perspective of document analysis and in-depth interviews by Duarte and Barros (2011). We used the methods of some scholars who discuss documentary production, such as Bill Nichols (2010), Ramos (2008) and Soares (2007). The collection technique used in this work was the interview method and documentary analysis, which gives more credibility to the product and justifies the problem under discussion, which is the challenge faced by artists in the dissemination of Amazonian culture. The work also had a four-month research period. Finally, the documentary video shows the construction of the Association and the challenges faced by artists in spreading Amazonian culture. Este relatório descreve o processo de produção do vídeo documentário “Arte e artesanato em Barreirinha e o desafio dos artistas na difusão da cultura amazônica” sobre a Associação Cultural de Artistas e Artesãos (ACAAB), do município de Barreirinha no Amazonas, distante da capital Manaus por aproximadamente 330 quilômetros. Dessa forma, observou a necessidade de uma abordagem audiovisual e documental para que possam ser vistos nas plataformas midiáticas. É preciso destacar a importância do jornalismo no contexto atual que discutimos nesse trabalho. Para isso, entrevistamos seis pessoas ligadas ao assunto em questão e assumiu-se a perspectiva da análise documental e entrevista em profundidade de Duarte e Barros (2011). Utilizamos os métodos de alguns estudiosos que discutem a produção de documentário, como Bill Nichols (2010), Ramos (2008) e Soares (2007). A técnica de coleta usada neste trabalho foi o método de entrevista e análise documental, que dão mais credibilidade ao produto e justificam o problema em discussão que é o desafio dos artistas na difusão da cultura amazônica. O trabalho também teve um período de pesquisa de quatro meses. Por fim, o vídeo documentário mostra a construção da Associação e os desafios encontrados pelos artistas na difusão da cultura amazônica. 1 Nenhuma.
