It aims to draw attention to the living conditions of artisanal fisherwomen in Colônia Z - 17 de Parintins, between invisibility and (non) access to the law. Its objective is to 1) Characterize the women associated with the Fishermen's Colony Z-17 of Parintins. 2) Unveil the social and political organization of the Z-17 Fisherman's Colony; and 3) Point out the living conditions of fisherwomen. This research was developed through a qualitative approach with the dialectical method used and obtained as methodological procedures interviews, observation, and analysis through a proposal/work plan of the institution together with the technical staff of the Fishermen's Colony Z-17 of Parintins. It can be seen in the results of the research the very significant invisibility of women in fishing, where it was clear that they did not seek new registration access, access to rights and the difficulties that many of them encounter in fishing work. Esse trabalho de conclusão está interposto em pesquisa de campo realizado na Colônia de Pescadores Z- 17 de Parintins, no período de outubro e novembro do ano de 2023. Pois tem como objetivo chamar a atenção para as condições de vida das pescadoras artesanais da Colônia Z-17 de Parintins, entre a invisibilidade e o (não) acesso ao direito. O mesmo tem como objetivo 1) Caracterizar as mulheres associadas na Colônia de Pescadores Z- 17 de Parintins. 2) Desvelar sobre a organização social e política da Colônia de Pescadores Z-17; e 3) Apontar as condições de vida da mulher pescadora. A presente pesquisa desenvolveu-se através da abordagem qualitativa com o método utilizado o dialético e obteve como procedimentos metodológicos entrevistas, observação, e analise através de uma proposta/plano de trabalho da instituição juntamente com o corpo técnico da Colônia de Pescadores Z-17 de Parintins.
