The survey data is secondary and primary sources, carried out through information collected in the database academic data and field research, with people who had some responsibility for people with autism and the autistic person, carried out through a questionnaire with open and closed questions. Regarding field research, there were limitations related to the data collected, around 141 people were reached, in the However, of this number of people, many were not legal guardians of the autistic person. The focus of the research focused on rights for people with ASD and other disabilities, originating specific legislation of the State of Amazonas, being: access to the identification card for autistic people, exemption from IPVA, free and half-price admission to parks and leisure areas in the general, exemption from collective public transport and the right to reduced working hours for those who have a child or dependent with autism. Through this research, it was identified the lack of more comprehensive disclosure, as few know about these rights, resulting in a lack of information within society. Furthermore, it was observed the need to expand and create new public policies in these sectors to better meet the needs of the TEA group. O presente trabalho objetivou-se em observar, compreender, analisar e apresentar o uso dos serviços públicos prestados para o grupo de Transtorno do Espectro Autista-TEA dentro do Estado do Amazonas na cidade de Manaus. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo, do tipo narrativa, descritiva e com uma abordagem qualitativa. Os dados da pesquisa são de fontes secundárias e primárias, realizada através de informações coletadas na base de dados acadêmica e de uma pesquisa de campo, com pessoas que tinham alguma responsabilidade sobre pessoas com autismo e o autista, realizado por meio de um questionário com perguntas abertas e fechadas. Sobre a pesquisa de campo, houveram limitações relacionadas aos dados coletados, foi alcançado cerca de 141 pessoas, no entanto, deste número de pessoas muitos não eram responsáveis legais do autista. O foco da pesquisa recaiu sobre direitos para pessoas com TEA e outras deficiência, originários de legislação específica do Estado do Amazonas, sendo: acesso à carteira de identificação do autista, isenção do IPVA, gratuidade e meia-entrada em parques e áreas de lazer no geral, isenção nos transportes público coletivo e direito a redução da jornada de trabalho para aqueles que possuem filho ou dependente com autismo. Através dessa pesquisa, foi identificado a falta de uma divulgação mais abrangente, visto que poucos conhecem esses direitos, ocasionando na carência de informação dentro da sociedade.
