Field Education emerges as an important reference for promoting changes in rural schools, either through public policy, or through curricula and pedagogical projects that articulate with the reality of rural children and young people. Even in the face of this advance, the rural schools continue to face many challenges in their day-to-day life, among them we ask: what are the challenges faced by teachers in their pedagogical practices at the School of São Pedro do Parananema? And our overall goal was to investigate the challenges faced by teachers in their pedagogical practices at the São Pedro School of the Parananema community. For this, we conducted a qualitative approach, the study took place through field research and from the observation in the classroom and the interview with the subjects. Thus, reflecting on the perspectives that revolve around field education are essential to understand that despite the difficulties encountered by teachers in the daily school life, there are interdisciplinary methodologies that can contribute with teachers to their educational practices, at the same time that it is fundamental to invest in continued training and in the development of teaching articulated to the reality of pupils, this would give more meaning to multiseries teaching. |
