This article approached somewhat pioneering, a study of data not very exploited in other articles and authors, on the panorama of non-compulsory paid internships of the course of administration in relation to Economics, Accounting, Law and Engineering courses, being the post-pandemic period of Covid-19 as a primary and specific cut within the city of Manaus, having as the general objective, to evaluate the market of remaining internship, drawing a parallel of the market and its impacts. The methodology adopted involved a quantitative/qualitative approach, using descriptive techniques, having bibliographic research covering digital sources, including digital reports as the main basis for the article. The data were collected by means of online forms applied among students from the city of Manaus, focusing on those in final periods. It can be observed that even in the chaotic scenario, the results show that the market paid for trainees has a gap for evolution, but still with an optimistic result.
