Result: 29 parents participated. The age ofthe children and adolescents rangedfrom 2 to 14 years old, withthe majority being male. The average age was 5.9 years (±3.12). Children aged 2 to 4 years had a highera verage score in the acadêmicas pectwith 66.4 (±31) and a lowe raverage score in the social aspectwith 46.7 (±14.8). Regar dingthe quality of life of children aged 5 to 8 years, thehi ghest average score prevailed in the physical capacityaspect, with 54.9 (±19.6) andt helowest in the social aspect, with 36.3 (±18.7). Regar ding the quality of life of children and adolescents agedbe tween 9 and 14 years, theh ighest average score in the physical capacity domain, with 58.75 (± 8.67) and thelowest in the social aspect domain, with 38 (±14.40). Regar dingthe general quality of life of these children and adolescents, the Best quality of life prevailed in children aged 2 to 4 years and the lowes taver agewas found in the age group of 5 to 8 years. Conclusions: The assessment of the quality of life of children and adolescents with ASD revealed different care needs in specific dimensions for different age groups, rein forcin gtheneed for strategies that prioritize the inclusion of multisectoral public policies tome ettheneed sof this population, in addition to programs of early and continuou sinter vention. Objetivo: avaliar a qualidade de vida relacionada à saúde de crianças e adolescentes autistas de uma Associação do interior do Amazonas. Métodos: estudo transversal, quantitativo, com dados primários. A população do estudo foi composta por crianças e adolescentes com TEA e seus pais e/ou responsáveis, membros da Associação de Pais Unidos Pelos Autistas de Coari (PUPAC), participantes do projeto de extensão FisioTEA do ISB, no segundo semestre de 2024. Participaram do estudo crianças com idade entre dois e nove anos e adolescentes de 10 a 14 anos. Os dados foram tabulados pelo software Microsoft Excel 2010⁽⸀⁾ (Microsoft – Washington, Estados Unidos) e posteriormente exportados e analisados no software Jamovi, versão 1.6.23.0. Resultado: 29 pais participaram. A idade das crianças e adolescentes variou de 2 a 14 anos, com a maioria do sexo masculino. A média de idade foi de 5,9 anos (±3,12). Crianças de 2 a 4 anos apresentaram um escore médio maior no aspecto escolar com 66,4 (±31) e um menor escore médio no aspecto social com 46,7 (±14,8). A qualidade de vida das crianças de 5 a 8 anos, o maior escore médio prevaleceu no aspecto de capacidade física, com 54,9 (±19,6) e o menor no aspecto social, com 36,3 (±18,7). Quanto à qualidade de vida das crianças e adolescentes com idade entre 9 a 14 anos o maior escore médio no domínio de capacidade física, com 58,75 (± 8,67) e o menor no domínio aspecto social, com 38 (±14,40). Com relação à qualidade de vida geral dessas crianças e adolescentes, a melhor qualidade de vida prevaleceu em crianças de 2 a 4 anos e a menor média foi encontrada na faixa etária de 5 a 8 anos.
