The consumption of natural resources and the production of waste caused by human activity have intensified, and consequently generated harmful damage to the environment, putting at risk the health and well-being of all forms of life on the planet. Such practices are quite common in organizational environmental issues, especially in public institutions, which in their various functions and daily activities, are large consumers of goods and services due to their activities and responsibilities towards society. In view of this, this research aims to analyze the results of the implementation of the Environmental Agenda in the Court of Auditors of the State of Amazonas (TCE-AM). In this qualitative research, data were collected through interviews, capturing the experiences, opinions and perceptions of the participants about the implementation of the A3P in the institution. After the descriptive analysis, a significant cultural change was identified within the agency. When evaluating current practices in the use of natural resources, the perception of employees regarding the environmental cause, it was observed that TCE-AM employees positively adopted more sustainable attitudes, significantly reducing the consumption of disposable items and almost completely reducing the use of paper in their activities. |
