Resumo:
The insertion of sustainable practices according to the Environmental Agenda in Public Administration - A3P provided for in the Sustainable Logistics Management Plan - PLS and in the Institutional Development Plan - PDI of the Federal University of Pará for the rational use of its territorial space, natural resources, of construction and procurement, as well as waste and waste management has become an urgent need. In this scenario we studied the lack of socio-environmental planning from the conception of the university city Prof. José da Silveira Netto and the construction of its buildings, as well as the absence of a routine application of A3P by its Units, aiming at the applicability of these sustainable actions, aimed at reducing environmental impacts and waste of natural and financial resources through a environmental management. Thus, an exploratory research was carried out in which the University City area was considered to be its occupation, development and sustainable actions practiced by the units, with documentary, visual and photographic inspection in the Laboratory of Internal Combustion Engines building located in the Professional Campus used as a chosen building for research. The lack of a standardized instrument for the monitoring, assessment and subsequent evaluation of the actions required by the A3P was suggested, suggesting as a result of this study, a standard document to be used by the units of the Institution called “RASU-A3P”, and as an extension of research, the creation of the same through a digital platform application with the participation of the community in the control actions, with the insertion of information, contributing to the solution and / or mitigation of the existing physical and socioenvironmental problems.
