Resumo:
ABSTRACT: This project is called Initial and Continuing Teacher Training for Specialized Educational Services in multifunctional resource rooms in the municipal network of Parintins. The objective was to know, identify, develop and organize pedagogical and accessibility resources that eliminate barriers to the full participation of students, considering their specificities, mainly taking into account the reality of the student, where the best way to work was analyzed and observed. in the multifunctional resource room to assist students who need this environment, seeking appropriate practices and means that enable teaching/learning. The research was developed through a qualitative approach, as those involved actively participate in this process of building initial and continued knowledge and the epistemological approach to the research is phenomenological, as it seeks to understand the phenomenon to be questioned. From there, the research followed the following steps: bibliographical research, literary review, field research, data collection. The work presents final results of the research, based on field and bibliographical research. In development we cover topics such as: continuing training; difficulties in providing assistance in multifunctional resource rooms; specialization for service and quality, application of interview questionnaires for better understanding and analysis.
