Currently, the way of teaching has undergone changes, modernizing tea-ching and learning with the use of information and communication technology resour-ces that support this new process. Mobile learning or Mobile Learning has been a very interesting resource for this new educational process, and is characterized by the use of mobile devices as allies for teaching. Many applications are being developed for the educational area, but few are for the specific education of indigenous peoples, given that it is a very diverse public, where each ethnic group can have its own culture, lan-guage and way of living, which would make it impossible to development of an appli-cation that would generalize teaching to the indigenous peoples of Brazil, that is, each educational application must be developed in a specific way for each indigenous ethnic group. In this sense, this work aims to present the development of an application de-veloped on the MIT App Inventor platform, the mobile application called IndiEdu is ba-sed on the android operating system, and has as main objectives, the aid for teaching and preserving the culture of the indigenous people Palikur. |
