Generating themes through thematic workshops are practices that emerge to facilitate and help teachers in approaching scientific content, it is divided into moments that are used as support so that the educator can envision the possibility of using tools favorable to their work, seeking the relationship with the topic addressed using the generator theme to promote meaningful learning. The National Common Curricular Base offers proposals regarding the contextualization of subjects for teaching, guiding that advance studies of the student's daily life can contribute and reconstruct knowledge as well as the use of facilitating tools for the teaching-learning process. This article aims to suggest a thematic workshop as an educational tool so that teaching chemistry has a meaning for the student and through contextualization using cupulate (chocolate made from cupuaçu almonds) as a generator theme to approach the lipid chemical content , can contribute as a facilitator of the assimilation of the content of chemistry, the thematic workshop using the generator theme as thematic axis for the teaching of sciences aroused and stimulated the critical sense, enabling the awakening of chemical thinking through contextualization associated with the scientific content of lipids thus facilitating assimilation of such content. |
