Until some time ago, remote classes with videoconferencing calls were not used, but due to the pandemic, with the social distance it was necessary to implement this teaching model instead of face-to-face classes. Therefore, this study intends to contribute, with data collected in a private institution of higher education at ESTACIO-AP located in the Amazon region, based on information acquired through questionnaires sent to teachers and their students, verifying, if the inappropriate use of educational digital platforms by these authors from the mentioned institution, may have caused some vulnerability in the teaching and learning process. The study is characterized as a case study, in which the research focused on three aspects as influencing this process, the generations, the learning channel and the learning process, in which when adopting this teaching-learning format, technology was an ally because those involved are inserted in the Y and Z generations, but other factors implied the mentioned problems. |
