Mobile learning or Mobile Learning has been a very interesting resource for this new educational process, and is characterized by the use of mobile devices as allies for teaching. Many applications are being developed for the educational area, but few are for the specific education of indigenous peoples, given that it is a very diverse public, where each ethnic group can have its own culture, lan-guage and way of living, which would make it impossible to development of an appli-cation that would generalize teaching to the indigenous peoples of Brazil, that is, each educational application must be developed in a specific way for each indigenous ethnic group. In this sense, this work aims to present the development of an application de-veloped on the MIT App Inventor platform, the mobile application called IndiEdu is ba-sed on the android operating system, and has as main objectives, the aid for teaching and preserving the culture of the indigenous people Palikur. Atualmente, a forma de ensinar tem passado por mudanças, modernizando o ensino e aprendizagem com o uso dos recursos da tecnologia da informação e co-municação que dão suporte a esse novo processo. A aprendizagem móvel ou Mobile Learning tem sido um recurso bastante interessante para esse novo processo educa-cional, e tem como característica a utilização de dispositivos móveis como aliados para o ensino. Muitos aplicativos estão sendo desenvolvidos para a área educacional, porém poucos são para educação específica dos povos indígenas, haja vista que é um público bastante diversificado, onde cada etnia pode possuir sua própria cultura, língua e modo de viver, o que impossibilitaria o desenvolvimento de um aplicativo que generalizasse o ensino para os povos indígenas do Brasil, ou seja, cada aplicativo educacional deve ser desenvolvido de forma específica para cada etnia indígena.
