In this context, this study demonstrates how the occurrence of human mobility and the ordinance of labor universe are concretized in the context of globalization of economy, providing a greater understanding of the multidisciplinary theme with different perspectives, setting concepts able to give attention to the complexity of the migratory phenomenon that occurs in this cross-border, emphasizing the daily relationships of the population from this region, through the bonding of these trans-local communities, as well as the transformations that occur in this geographical space that concretely has provided economic, cultural , political and social changes to the border. Guyana concentrates Brazilian migrant workers, legitimizing an existent dynamic between the two sides of the city. It is in this perspective that we led our research, highlighting experiences of people who transit in this bordering region, evidencing the existence, the dynamic, the particularity about this flow of Brazilian workers who move to the neighboring country. O objetivo deste estudo é compreender o processamento da mobilidade humana laboral de brasileiros, em busca de trabalho que transcorre na fronteira do Brasil com a República Cooperativista da Guiana, na cidade brasileira de Bonfim, em Roraima, com a cidade de Lethem, na Guiana. Nesse contexto, este estudo demonstra como se concretiza a ocorrência da mobilidade humana e a ordenação do universo do trabalho no contexto da globalização da economia, proporcionando um maior entendimento acerca da temática, de natureza multidisciplinar, com perspectivas distintas, dispondo conceitos capazes de dar atenção à complexidade desse fenômeno migratório que ocorre nessa transfronteira, enfatizando as relações cotidianas da população dessa região, por meio do enlaçamento dessas comunidades translocais, bem como das transformações que ocorrem nesse espaço geográfico que, de maneira concreta, tem proporcionado mudanças de natureza econômica, cultural, política e social para os fronteiriços. A Guiana concentra trabalhadores migrantes brasileiros, legitimando uma dinâmica existente entre os dois lados da cidade. É nessa perspectiva, que encaminhamos nossa pesquisa, destacando as experiências das pessoas que transitam nessa região limítrofe, evidenciando as vivências, as dinâmicas e as particularidades sobre esse fluxo de trabalhadores brasileiros que se deslocam para o país vizinho.
