Resumo:
This dissertation Is the result of an exploratory, descriptive and explanatory research (regarding characterization), developed from the combination of bibliographic review, documentary review and Integrative review (for data collection), in addition to the use of the methods of hermeneutic, geospace and graphic analysis (for data analysis) for the final achievement of an investigation carried out in three stages, namely: the Works and publications on food safety regime at national and international level (in the first stage) ; The materialisation of food security schemes at national and international level based on the actions of international institutions and bodies (second stage) and; A case study on the Mesa Brazil SESC program in Roraima, as well as the impacts of its performance as an instrument to materialize the food security Regime at the local level (third stage). This research was aimed at: theNalising The vectors of food security and local development in the Mesa Brazil program, developed by SESC in partnership with a network of civil society actors in the municipality of Boa Vista, where, through the results obtained, it was verified the relevance of the Mesa Brazil SESC program for the fulfillment of a food safety agenda in the state of Roraima, thus guaranteeing access to a healthy, nutritious and quality diet to Roraima citizens belonging to the most vulnerable layers of society, as well as their importance for the regional development of the State, from the actions developed by SESC in partnership with private initiative organizations (through the Donations) and organs of the public power (such as food receivers).
