The information that was given by the interviewed families, were obtained by technique of Horizontalização multitemática that from this data, proceed until the technique of Verticalização temática. The survey among the communities permitted the accomplishment of 70 studies in relation to this area. These studies, permitted the observation of the farming production floodplain system and describing the landscape units (environmental where the farming practice develops); the components of the production system (farming species cultivated and bovine and bubalina race breeding (measurement of the area), and purpose (destination of the product). The data analysis showed that the farming floodplain production is a complexed system and formed by different landscape: restingas areas with permanent farming vegetation (sítios), restingas areas, baixadas and beaches with temporary farming vegetation (roças and sow of species with annual cycle), capoeiras with predominance of lenhosas species and natural comps or with cultivated posture.
