The Differentiated Regime of Contracting (RDC) was introduced in the Brazilian legal system due to the realization of the matches of the 2014 World Cup, based in the country and Olympic Games 2106, headquartered in the city of Rio de Janeiro and later, were published new legislation allowing the use Of the instrument for other purposes beyond the original purpose of the standard, taking away the character of transience. In the sense of public contracts, a study is made of the importance of the bidding process for Public Administration in the search for the most advantageous proposal in light of the budgetary secrecy brought by the new legal diploma. The work had its focus on bidding processes using the RDC for selection and contracting within the scope of the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT). |
