The objective of this work is to analyze the contribution of the implantation of the Alternation
Pedagogy in the Escola Família Agrícola do Bico do Papagaio Padre Josimo (EFABIP) in the
formation of the identity of the subjects of the field. The Alternation Pedagogy consists of a
method of schooling in which it considers and values the identity, the knowledge, the culture
of the people of the countryside for the realization of the process of teaching and learning in
the spaces of the school and in the spaces of its community. The research was developed in a
qualitative approach based on the analysis of bibliographic studies and through interviews
with Monitors and students. The results indicate that the School presents important proposals
for the construction of the identity of the subjects of the field through the Pedagogy of
Alternation directed to the life of the peasants. |
