The Alternation Pedagogy consists of a method of schooling in which it considers and values the identity, the knowledge, the culture of the people of the countryside for the realization of the process of teaching and learning in the spaces of the school and in the spaces of its community. The research was developed in a qualitative approach based on the analysis of bibliographic studies and through interviews with Monitors and students. The results indicate that the School presents important proposals for the construction of the identity of the subjects of the field through the Pedagogy of Alternation directed to the life of the peasants. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a contribuição da Pedagogia da Alternância da Escola Família Agrícola do Bico do Papagaio Padre Josimo (EFABIP) na formação da identidade dos sujeitos do campo. A Pedagogia da Alternância consiste num método de escolarização em que considera e valoriza a identidade, os saberes, a cultura dos povos do campo para a realização do processo de ensino e aprendizagem nos espaços da escola e nos espaços de sua comunidade. A pesquisa desenvolveu-se numa abordagem qualitativa a partir da análise de estudos bibliográficos e por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas com monitores e estudantes.
