With the aging of the population, it is necessary to guarantee adequate policies and guarantee quality to live this old age. Thus, the objective of the study is to Evaluate the Development of Public Policies of Global Attention to the Elderly in Tocantinópolis, having as methodology: a bibliographical, documentary and field review of a qualitative nature, through research in scientific articles on the Google academic platform on the web , As well as the intersection of keywords. In the midst of this, it is observed that, although there are many actions aimed at the well-being and quality of life of the elderly, the development of Public Policies in Tocantinópolis is still insufficient, as some results of the study indicate and can be observed Throughout the work. In this sense, we conclude that education is something permanent that occurs in diverse environments, within this understanding we believe that these individuals can still learn as long as they do not give up on them. In this way, it is through education that the access to information is guaranteed, making the subject take the reins of his life and become protagonist of his own history, with the perspective of provoking social transformations. Na atualidade o envelhecimento é celebrado como uma conquista da humanidade. Nos últimos anos esse acontecimento tem ganhado visibilidade, pois é um fenômeno mundial. Com o aumento acelerado do número de pessoas idosas no século XXI, fizeram com que o interesse pelo estudo do envelhecimento fosse se desenvolvendo gradativamente. Com o envelhecimento da população, fazem-se necessárias políticas adequadas e de qualidade para viver essa velhice. Deste modo, o objetivo do estudo é Avaliar o Desenvolvimento de Políticas Públicas de Atenção Global ao idoso em Tocantinópolis, tendo como metodologia: uma revisão bibliográfica, documental e de campo de natureza qualitativa, através de pesquisa em artigos científicos na plataforma Google acadêmico na web, bem como o cruzamento de palavras chave. Em meio a isso, observa-se que, embora se tenham muitas ações voltadas para o bem-estar e qualidade de vida do idoso, ainda é insuficiente o desenvolvimento de Políticas Públicas em Tocantinópolis, como aponta alguns resultados do estudo que podem ser observados ao longo do trabalho. Nesse sentido, se conclui que a educação é algo permanente que ocorre em ambientes diversos, dentro dessa compreensão acreditamos que esses indivíduos ainda podem aprender desde que, não se desista deles.Por tanto, é através da educação que é garantida o acesso a informação, fazendo com que o sujeito se torne protagonista da sua própria história, na perspectiva de provocar transformações sociais, ou seja, responsáveis pelas suas próprias conquistas. 2019-12-27T15:22:06Z 2019-12-27T15:22:06Z 2017-03-02 Monografia MOURA, Jaqueline de Araújo.
