Resumo:
The present monographic research has as its theme the early childhood education, with the main focus the playful in the nursery. The study was carried out at the Maria de Lourdes municipal nursery in Tocantinópolis -TO, whose main objective was toanalyze what kind of learning the work with the ludic can bring to the nursery in the referred educational unit. The research was based on the reading of theorists such as: Silva (2016), Faria (2005), Lopes (2003), Kuhlmann Jr. (2000), Vieira (1988), Locatelli (2018), Momm (2012), Antunes (2014), Macedo (2005) and Almeida (1974). And official documents such as the National Curriculum Guidelines for Early Childhood Education (2010), National Curriculum Guidelines for Early Childhood Education (1998), and the Common National Curriculum Base for Early Childhood Education (2018). It used as methodology the bibliographic and field research, and realization of practical activities involving the movement axis. As results, it is noteworthy that from the work with the ludic, and from the researcher's encouragement in the accomplishment of the activities, it was possible to observe that the children showed advances in the movements and speech. In many cases they were able to repeat names of animals they did not know, and performed movements that they could not.
