The reflection of the real command of the Public Power in the national economic activity and the magnitude of planned and continued acts related to the association and awareness of socio environmental issues in the sphere of the Judiciary, touches the National Council of Justice (CNJ) the adhesion of public policies of scope national, in favor of the increase of the judicial contribution and the objective performance of the Constitutional Charter by the rulers of Justice. In view of this, the following problem is highlighted: How is it possible to model the TJTO's Social and Environmental Management and Information System computationally? The Center for Social and Environmental Management (NUGES) of the Court of Justice of Tocantins (TJTO) holds, at the Superior School of Magistracy Tocantinense (ESMAT), an agreement with the groups of the administrative units of the Tocantins Judiciary to disseminate the Regulation Ordinance and the Information System and Socio-Environmental Management (SIGA). SIGA is already present on the network. In addition to the monthly data release, the boards must allocate the information as of January of the year 2019. Therefore, the objective of this research is to model the TJTO's Social and Environmental Information and Management System computationally. Specifically, to study current legislation on socio-environmental management; drafting the Sustainable Logistics Plan of the Tocantins Court of Justice - TJTO; and specify the Computational Modeling of the TJTO's Information and Social Environmental Management System. The research deals with a descriptive analysis of data. This is a qualitative approach with documentary research. It was possible to verify that SIGA consists of the grouping of 117 (one hundred and seventeen) indicators contained in the glossary and Resolution CNJ201 / 2015, where management and insertion of data is performed, by the administrative sectors, divided according to the responsibility matrix in the PLS-PJTO. It was possible to demonstrate the modeling and application of SIGA. It was also possible to observe that the changes in habits, behavior and consumption patterns of all servers directly impact on the preservation of natural resources, contributing to environmental quality. The data show that training is an action that contributes to the development of institutional and individual skills in matters related to socio-environmental management. This study demonstrated the importance of the SIGA system in the social and environmental management in the TJTO, showing the performance of the economic, social and environmental indicators. It also showed how this information can be used as a tool to control decisions and lessons learned in future projects.
