This Course Condusion Paper is intended to understand how the Common National Curriculum Base (BNCC) is structured. In view of the concerns present in the reflections during the course subjects, the study problem of this monograph was constructed: What is the need for the implementation of a Common National Curricular Base? How is the document organized? What is your operating dynamics?What is expected of the teachers and the school? In the first chapter we tried to understand the process of creating the base and its impasses and how the document is organized. The Base is a normative document that seeks to establish which contents should be studied. in all regions of Brazil, and these contents are divided between early childhood education, elementary school and high school. In the second chapter we sought to understand the organization of the area of language and the understanding of the process of literacy and literacy. It is clear that BNCC intends to standardize education in a country that is characterized by its diversity (linguistic, cultural, economic and social) and does not promote a dialogue between education agents and government entities. The foundation was created to be fulfilled and not discussed and reworked. Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso tem o intuito de entender como Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) está estruturada. Diante das inquietações presentes nas reflexões durante as disciplinas do curso foi construída a problemática de estudo dessa monografia: Qual a necessidade da implementação de uma Base Nacional Comum Curricular? Como o documento está organizado? Qual sua dinâmica de funcionamento? O que se espera dos professores e da escola? No primeiro capítulo buscou-se entender o processo de criação da base e seus impasses e como está organizado o documento. A Base é um documento de caráter normativo e que busca estabelecer quais conteúdos deverão ser estudados em todas as regiões do Brasil, estando esses conteúdos divididos entre a Educação Infantil, Ensino Fundamental e Ensino Médio. No segundo capítulo buscou-se entender a organização da área da Linguagem e o entendimento acerca do processo de alfabetização e letramento. Percebe-se que a BNCC pretende a uniformização do ensino num país que se caracteriza por sua diversidade (linguística, cultural, econômica e social) e não promove um diálogo entre os agentes da educação e as entidades do governo.
