This monograph aims to know and analyze how occurs the inclusion of students with disabilities in classrooms of regular education seeking to know their difficulties and advances. Initially, to contextualize the theme, a historical rescue was made on the importance of legislation on Special Education and the inclusion of students with disabilities in class, thus guaranteeing their rights backed by the Federal Constitution, the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA), Declaration of Salamanca, National Policy for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities, the legal support that all students with special needs have the right to be included in school activities in all disciplines of the school curriculum. To conclude, we emphasize that the inclusion of people with special needs and physical deficiency in school can be beneficial as a form of school adaptation, both for students with needs and for the normal student. |
