The objective of this work is to characterize the
historical process of the Brazilian education planning,
as a tool for human, social and economic
development in Brazil. Therefore, it was used the
theoretical framework from the Theory of Human
Capital and the guise of literature. The main results
of the research suggest that Brazil, over the centuries,
since the Christian education to the approval of the
National Education Plan, has come a long way in
educational planning, sometimes advancing,
sometimes stagnating. Brazil has made progress, but
much remains to be done to become a country with
high level of human capital. The conclusion is that
the development of a good educational planning, will
contribute intensively to the development of Brazil. |
