This paper aims to present the women’s work trajectory. Its objective is to identify the services provided by them in society and the relation with the development of local tourism as well as the women’s empowerment from their work in Arraias, TO. It was made a qualitative and quantitative sampling research through semi-structured interviews with data collection. From the data and experiences reported, it was observed the need to provide people, especially women, with a greater knowledge about feminism and how it contributes to the appreciation of feminine work. A booklet on the theme is then proposed to show the women’s empowerment, based on their work. |
