This work will preferably discuss the issues involving the inclusion of the SignWriting system in the educational environment of students deaf in their historical and current aspects in order to facilitate the understanding of importance of the use and dissemination of this system in the education of the deaf. The methodology used was a collection of data that took place through a practice of bibliographic research in articles and websites, as well as a questionnaire to be answered by deaf students. In order to broaden the perception from different viewing angles. Thus making possible, a theoretical knowledge that served as foundation for a greater understanding on this theme. According to research realizes that a commitment from the entire school community, including parents, students and teachers, so that there is an evolution in the use and dissemination of this system sign language, show that the use of SignWriting in no way replaces the use of SignWriting written Portuguese, but strengthens the idea that Libras is a language deaf communities. It concludes that, the writing of SignWriting signals must be widely disseminated precision so that communities realize its importance and that in addition to having a structure own grammar and possible writing it is also possible to read books and any other subjects written in this language and how much it can make a difference in the life and education of the deaf student. O presente artigo teve como objetivo principal identificar e refletir sobre como se desenvolve o uso e inclusão do sistema SignWriting, dentro das comunidades surdas, bem como aos alunos surdos da rede pública de educação. Neste trabalho serão discutidas preferencialmente as questões que envolvem a inclusão do sistema SignWriting no meio educacional dos alunos surdos em seus aspectos históricos e atuais com o intuito de facilitar a compreensão da importância do uso e difusão deste sistema na educação de surdos. A metodologia utilizada foi uma coleta de dados que se deu através de uma prática de pesquisa bibliográfica em artigos e sites, bem como questionário a ser respondido por alunos surdos. A fim de ampliar a percepção de diferentes ângulos de visão. Possibilitando assim, um conhecimento teórico que serviu de alicerce para um maior entendimento sobre esta temática. De acordo com a pesquisa feita percebe que é necessário um comprometimento de toda a comunidade escolar, incluindo pais, alunos e professores, para que haja uma evolução no uso e difusão deste sistema oriundo da língua de sinais, mostrar que o uso do SignWriting não substitui de forma nenhuma o uso do português escrito, mas fortalece a ideia de que a Libras é sim uma língua própria das comunidades surdas. Conclui que, a escrita de sinais SignWriting deve ser difundida com muita precisão para que as comunidades percebam a sua importância e que além de ter estrutura gramatical própria e escrita possível também é possível ler livros e qual quer outros matérias escritos nesta língua e o quanto isso pode fazer a diferença na vida e na educação do aluno surdo. 2021-05-25T05:04:35Z 2021-05-25T05:04:35Z 2021-05-25 Monografia RABELO, Ana Meire da Silva Costa.
