To enter into the narratives of these materials and analyze how the construction process takes place, in order to perceive the discourse, its nuances of objectivity x subjectivity, besides recognizing which sources are involved and which other voices are present in these narratives or were silenced constituted the process of this research. Amen to this, verifying how the Portuguese language is approached in journalistic articles published in two newspapers of great circulation in their countries can point to a fruitful scenario of studies about the linguistic universe at intersection with the media sphere. The thematic narrative media triad x language x event was the motto for the analysis performed, in order to find convergences and conceptual divergences that stand out within the spaces of intersection in the areas of Linguistics and Social Communication, because the more the language is presented through only the game of right x wrong, based on the grammatical and dicionaristic rules , the more the public will distance themselves from what scientific knowledge has already discovered about the linguistic universe. Esta pesquisa se debruçou sobre o conceito de língua que sustenta e direciona as narrativas na mídia, fazendo comparativo entre dois jornais de países lusófonos: o português Diário de Notícias e o brasileiro Correio Braziliense. Adentrar nas narrativas dessas matérias e analisar como se dá o processo de construção, a fim de perceber o discurso, suas nuances de objetividade x subjetividade, além de reconhecer quais fontes são envolvidas e que outras vozes estão presentes nessas narrativas ou foram silenciadas constituíram o processo desta pesquisa. Além disso, verificar como a língua portuguesa é abordada em matérias jornalísticas publicadas em dois jornais de grande circulação em seus países pode apontar para um cenário frutífero de estudos acerca do universo linguístico em interseção com a esfera midiática. A tríade temática narrativa midiática x língua x acontecimento foi o mote para a análise realizada, a fim de encontrar convergências e divergências conceituais que se destacam dentro dos espaços de interseção nas áreas da Linguística e da Comunicação Social, pois quanto mais a língua for apresentada mediante apenas o jogo de certo x errado, com base nas regras gramaticais e dicionaristas, mais o público vai se distanciar do que o conhecimento científico já descobriu sobre o universo linguístico. 2022-01-19T17:39:41Z 2022-01-19T17:39:41Z 2021-09-22 ROCHA, Andréia Maria de Souza.
