Lately, the information technology, especially the internet, revolutionized the several media,
with big influence under the people, organizations and processes, becoming viable a lot of
activities methods, especially in the job market. In this sense, the work aims to analyze how
the new information technology (social media, intranet, email) influence the people’s
provision process. To reach the goal, the theorist matrix approached aspects as people
recruitment and selection and how the new technologies influence the people’s provision
process. The methodological vision of the study is exploratory from qualitative nature, using a
bibliography review, collecting informations from articles, specialist magazines, books, etc.
So, the analysis of collected data show that the people recruitment and selection, became
online or virtual, where the main impacts that the information technology caused on the
process are possibilities to the candidates include the curriculum information at the distance,
getting time reduction and low costs, and also systems and specific softwares's using to do
this activities automatically |
