This research aimed to analyze the model of the relationship between the perception of support and the well-being of workers, with the relationship between variables being explained and discussed through a cross-sectional study. The use of quantita- tive methods, and test the hypotheses related to the proposed conceptual model by analyzing the data collected and applying statistical techniques: mean, standard de- viation and correlation; calculation of multiple statistics: analysis of multiple linear re- gression. The results show that the three dimensions of well-being at work: job satis- faction, work involvement and affective organizational commitment are influenced by the perception of social support at work and the perception of organizational support.
