Resumo:
The intention of this research was to analyze as the course of Letras-Libras of the Universidade Federal do Tocantins delineates the formative process of the future professor, by means of the epistemological implications of the Complex Thought of Edgar Morin. We examine the course's curricular structure, teaching actions and intersubjective relationships as fundamental elements for the reconnection and constitution of knowledge, based on the understanding of the multidimensional aspect of the deaf individuals beyond second language instruction. We highlight the importance to evidence that the human multidimensionality being must be considered throughout the training process, where if provides to the future's teaching professional the development of the look for the formation of the deaf individuals or hearing impaired. For this reason, we take as relevant object of study, the initial formation in Libras in the UFT, in view of that the informing citizens of this formation represent an essential link for the inclusion of deaf people in the diverse scopes of the society, mainly, the educational one. The methodological path was configured in case study, of exploratory character, on the basis of the qualitative approach, with the bibliographical research, observation techniques and documentary analysis. Initial training in Letras-Libras has potential indications for the establishment of a consistent transforming practice with regard to the production of knowledge with the necessary pertinence to the formation of the being in a complex perspective.
