The present dissertation, presented within the scope of the Profhistória, framed in the line of research Historical knowledge in the school space, was born from the following problematization: how to verify the presence or not of the so-called conservative and / or reactionary and / or authoritarian and / or fascist ideas among students from third year high school classes in the state public school in the city of Araguaína, in the northern state of Tocantins? The dissemination of such ideas among young people was perceived by the author in his daily teaching, initially in a private school, during the academic year of 2017. Would this perception be correct with regard to the student body? Are they impregnated with ideas that could be considered conservative and / or reactionary and / or authoritarian and / or fascist? Through the adoption of several methodological practices, such as writing text, film projection, focus group and discussion wheel, and according to the theoretical assumptions of several authors, the author sought to perceive the presence or not of the ideas previously mentioned.
