The dissemination of such ideas among young people was perceived by the author in his daily teaching, initially in a private school, during the academic year of 2017. Would this perception be correct with regard to the student body? Are they impregnated with ideas that could be considered conservative and / or reactionary and / or authoritarian and / or fascist? Through the adoption of several methodological practices, such as writing text, film projection, focus group and discussion wheel, and according to the theoretical assumptions of several authors, the author sought to perceive the presence or not of the ideas previously mentioned. Among the authors used can be highlighted Jorn Rüsen (2001), René Remond (2003), Norberto Bobbio (1998) and Hannah Arendt (1998 A presente dissertação, apresentada dentro do âmbito do Profhistória, enquadrada na linha de pesquisa Saberes históricos no espaço escolar, nasceu da seguinte problematização: como verificar a presença ou não de ideias ditas conservadoras e/ou reacionárias e/ou autoritárias e/ou fascistas entre estudantes de turmas de terceiro ano de ensino médio da rede pública estadual na cidade de Araguaína, norte do estado do Tocantins? A disseminação de tais ideias entre os jovens foi percebida pelo autor em seu cotidiano docente, inicialmente em uma escola particular, durante o decorrer do ano letivo de 2017. Estaria correta tal percepção no que dizia respeito ao corpo discente? Estariam os mesmos impregnados com ideias que poderiam ser consideradas conservadoras e/ou reacionárias e/ou autoritárias e/ou fascistas? Através da adoção de diversas práticas metodológicas, tais como confecção de texto redacional, projeção fílmica, grupo focal e roda de discussão, e de acordo com pressupostos teóricos de diversos autores, buscou o autor perceber a presença ou não das ideias anteriormente citadas.
