The present study aims to register part of the body culture collection of the city
of Tocantinópolis - TO, through the games identified with the elderly participants of the
Health and Cognition Project at the best age - UFNT. Therefore, field work was carried out,
of an exploratory nature and qualitative analysis. The production of information in the field
took place through semi-structured interviews with 42 (forty-two) elderly people. The
preferred places for playing games, the companies, the toys used, as well as their general
characteristics were included in the interview script. The analysis of the interviews allowed
the identification of 64 (sixty-four) manifestations, organized, according to their
specifications, in 8 (eight) categories. The reports also revealed portraits of suffering
childhoods, resulting from poverty and early work. Also, part of the records had the
countryside environment as a scenario, as well as the use of toys made with natural resources.
