Resumo:
Given the growing relevance of Home Office in the job Market, this study aimed to analyze the strategies for implementing and managing telework, focusing on the impacts on labor relations, the challenges, and the benefits of this work modality known as remote work. The main objective is to understand how the remote configuration affects companies and employees in contemporary times,addressing the need for organizational adaption, the use of appropriate resources, and the impportance of efficient communication. To this end, a bibliographic research was conducted based on theoretical materials on the subject, with a qualitative approach and a deductive method. The analysis examines publications on management and the challenges of remote work, highlighting changes in the labor landscape. The results indicate that the effective implementation of Home Office can bring significant benefits to companies and their employees. It is concluded that, despite initial difficulties, telework represents a viable and promising alternative for the future of labor relations.
