Thus, this work aims to analyze which elements influence the Quality of Life in Home-Office Work for students at the Federal University of Tocantins. The research method used was exploratory with qualitative analysis, in addition, a questionnaire of 11 semi-structured questions was applied via Google Forms platform with 23 students from the Logistics Course at UFT. The results found in the survey reveal that there is a feeling of discontent among students because many are not yet adapted to the new reality, often there was not the necessary support and investment in human capital (training, qualifications) and that this new type of work still it does not have the necessary inspection to avoid health problems such as Tecno-stress. A pandemia causada pelo novo Coronavírus ou COVID-19, em meados de 2020, criou impactos nas mais diferentes áreas da sociedade, inclusive, nas empresas e organizações. Foi nesse contexto que os olhares da sociedade em geral se voltaram para uma forma de trabalho segura, o Home-Office. Desse modo, este trabalho tem como objetivo geral analisar quais os elementos de influência na Qualidade de Vida do Trabalho em Home-Office dos discentes da Universidade Federal do Tocantins. O método de pesquisa usado foi exploratório com análise qualitativa, além disso, foi aplicado um questionário de 11 questões semiestruturadas via plataforma Google Forms com 23 discentes do Curso de Logística da UFT. Os resultados encontrados na pesquisa revelam que há uma sensação de descontentamento entre os discentes por muitos ainda não estarem adaptados à nova realidade, muitas vezes não houve o suporte necessário e investimento em capital humano (treinamento, capacitações) e que essa nova modalidade de trabalho ainda não possui a fiscalização necessária para evitar problemas de saúde como o Tecnoestresse. 2023-01-25T20:41:13Z 2023-01-25T20:41:13Z 2023-01-25 Artigo SANTOS, Kalene Silva dos.
