The present research comes by way of informing and solving doubts when it comes
to the prison system, and working on these questions about how it should happen
and how this whole system should act. Build through literature review, with emphasis
on authors, the way to deconstruct and build a more humanitarian view of the female
prison system through reading trajectories that address this topic. To understand,
through documentary and documentary references, the process of integration of the
female prison system in Tocantins, how the prison system affects the lives of women
who passed through them inside and outside, making this survey of bibliographic
data on the subject in research. The focus of the research then is the female prison
system where it addresses the characteristics of the system that over the years has
come to emphasize that illicit acts are not exclusively male. Considering that Brazil is
a country with a very complex prison system and a high number of inmates, whether
female or not, it is important to address and highlight this issue, this incarcerated
population is forgotten, because in the way that the The idea of a prison system is
constituted, it is only in theory practices of reintegration into society, where the word
resocialization is in a discourse that does not make the motivational influence on the
part of the State practical. A large part of the prison population is in the same social
line (poor, peripheral, without schooling) that they imprison more and more as the
days go by. The bibliographic paths that involve the themes, race, violence and
gender address debates that allow diagnosing the real relationship between the
incarcerated population and the State, making it possible to understand the growth of
the female prison system. The present research aims to draw a scalar perspective of
the system in the context of the relationships of women who were incarcerated and
how reintegration into family life takes place and whether or not they managed to
enter the job market and whether the educational processes provided by the system
contribute to this resocialization. . Based on the National Survey of Penitentiary
Information, the National Council of Justice (CNJ), the Superintendence of
Administration of the Penitentiary and Prison Systems of Tocantins (SISPEN - TO),
among others, there is a deficit in the structure, in the educational formation, with the
focus on the female prison system and related to prison education as a means of
resocialization in the north center of Tocantins. The result of the research was
satisfactory, where the information of the data although the participation is still small,
but there is participation of the State and the education so that the incarcerated is of
paramount importance for the human and pedagogical growth, where they can grow
internally from ways that no longer need illicit practices and transforming this page in
their lives just a chapter of a history that has passed and their resocialization through
education becomes something common in society |
