Therefore, it constitutes a result from the additions and subtractions that happen successively in a time interval. Therefore, it is a kind of historical traces of the employed work, of the changes occurred in a society. At the dialogue about landscape and urban space, the present study aims to analyze the changes in landscape and the new uses of urban space with the implementation of Via Lago in the city of Araguaina, Tocantins. We seek to understand what were the main environmental impacts and caused by the creation of the Via Lago complex, and thus understand the relationships and existing interactions with changing geographic space and time, nature and society for the discussion about the realization of the spatial intervention carried out in the Municipal Management of the then Mayor Ronaldo Dimas (year), due to this having caused several transformations in the city landscape. The present study is an exploratory literary review, with emphasis on the field study carried out on the margins of the Complexo de Turismo e Negócios Via Lago in the city of Araguaína-TO. As a result, we found that the implementation of this complex brought positive and negative impacts. The positive impacts were that with the creation of this complex, the Araguainenses gained a new place to practice sports and leisure, economic and social development in the region, in addition to being considered a tourist; as for the negative impacts, they are directly related to the environment that underwent major modifications, thus giving rise to a new landscape for the city. A paisagem diferentemente do que se imagina não é dada para todo o sempre, é um objeto contínuo de modificações. Sendo assim, constitui um resultado proveniente das adições e subtrações que acontecem sucessivamente em um intervalo de tempo. Por isso, é uma espécie de traços históricos do trabalho empregado, das mudanças ocorridas em uma sociedade. No diálogo sobre paisagem e espaço urbano, o presente estudo visa analisar as mudanças na paisagem e os novos usos do espaço urbano com a implantação da Via Lago na cidade de Araguaína, Tocantins. Busca-se entender quais foram os principais impactos ambientais e sociais causados com a criação do complexo Via Lago, e desse modo compreender as relações e interações existentes com a mudança no espaço geográfico e o tempo, natureza e sociedade para a discussão sobre a realização da intervenção espacial realizada na Gestão Municipal do então Prefeito Ronaldo Dimas (ano), devido essa ter causado diversas transformações na paisagem da cidade. O presente estudo trata-se de uma revisão literária de cunho exploratório, com ênfase no estudo de campo realizado às margens do Complexo de Turismo e Negócios Via Lago na cidade de Araguaína-TO. Como resultado, encontramos que a implantação desse complexo trouxe impactos positivos e negativos. Os impactos positivos foram que com a criação desse complexo os Araguainenses ganharam um novo local para prática de esporte e lazer, desenvolvimento econômico e social na região, além de ser considerado um ponto turístico; quanto aos impactos negativos estão diretamente relacionados ao meio ambiente que sofreu com grandes modificações, dando assim lugar a uma nova paisagem à cidade. 2023-03-03T16:53:31Z 2023-03-03T16:53:31Z 2023-03-03 Monografia PEREIRA, Flavio Costa.
